The breakfast was freshly prepared with champagne to match, freshly baked croissants, and Western options. the facilities were great. - the location was magnificent and stunning, very close to the red brick warehouse/mall area of Hakodate, and the Jujigai tram stop.

Got a fresh made and large breakfast offered delicious wide range-especially good croissants. The room was well-equipped with a lounge and coffee, stunningly beautiful views. Location: the hotel was close to Hakodate Ropeway, Red brick warehouses, Churches of Hakodate, Gotoken dining/restaurant and Jujigai tram. Had nice dainties at Pain-Ya, located really close to the venue:)))

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and spacious, with great amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the patio area for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

This boutique hotel is perfectly located for tourists, with attractions like the ropeway and waterfront just a short walk away. the surrounding restaurants make dining out easy, and the hot bath is a nice touch after a long day. Rooms are charming, with a Parisian B&B vibe and good amenities like comfy beds and pillows.
Some may find the price tag too high compared to other accommodations in the area.

Enjoyed the complimentary all-day unlimited brewed coffee and tea, and the evening happy hours with free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Conveniently located near the tram line and in walking distance to the waterfront and attractions. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a nice view from the window.
The bathroom was a bit small and cramped, especially the shower area. the walls seemed thin as we could hear some noise from the neighboring room.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was close to the bus stop and walking distance from many attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, including the amenities and the parking. Transportation was very convenient, as the hotel offered free pick up service from the JR station, and it was close to the main tourist attractions such as the ropeway, but still in a quiet enough area to get a good night's sleep. Moreover, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was big and delicious.
Everything was spot on.
